P.J.G. Stokes currently works as a freelance researcher, web consultant and virtual ethnographer.

In a previous incarnation as ‘Pearse Stokes, the artist’ he won many awards (including the Queen of Angels ‘Overall’) and by age twelve had grown disillusioned with ‘artdom’ which he abandoned seeking a new challenge. (This is a joke)

Being woefully self assured and willfully ignorant, in that critical way (so often criticized by the great, late, Rolland Barthes), setting up a blog was no challenge what so ever.

This blog is dedicated to investigating developments, processes and apparatuses in the arena that represents the interaction between humanity and new technology. It is a cyberanthropology blog. Ultimately, it web logs articles, publications, news, links and reviews relating to this exciting field. If you feel like contributing, or leaving any feed back at all I would appreciate it greatly.
